Terms & Conditions.

Audience
All content on “Herr Lutz” is intended exclusively for adults. The use of the “Herr Lutz” website is generally free of charge for visitors. The only exception is participation in events, which requires the purchase of a ticket for the specific event.

Copyright
All content provided under “Herr Lutz,” including text, images, etc., unless otherwise specified, is the sole property of “Herr Lutz” and subject to copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, requires prior written permission from “Herr Lutz.” “Herr Lutz” reserves the right to modify, supplement, or delete existing content at any time without prior notice.

Contract Formation for Ticket Purchases
The offer to form a contract comes from the customer, who declares their legal age at the time of their request and submits their offer for a purchase contract by sending a request via email or the provided contact form. A contract between the customer and “Herr Lutz” is only concluded when a bill is sent, including the assignment of an invoice number, and after full, timely payment has been made. No contract is concluded without full payment.
The purchase of vouchers is subject to the above terms. Additionally, cash payouts are excluded.
Unless otherwise specified, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Payment
Payment for the invoice issued by “Herr Lutz” can be made by the customer either via bank transfer to:

DKB Deutsche Kreditbank
Account Holder: Michael Lutz
IBAN: DE81 1203 0000 1052 0169 28
Swift: BYLADEM 1001

or via PayPal to:
michael@herr-lutz.de

After the amount has been credited, the customer will promptly receive confirmation of their payment at the email address they provided.

Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation
“Herr Lutz” reserves the right to cancel an order for which an invoice number has already been assigned (unilateral right of withdrawal) if the event must be canceled or postponed due to illness or force majeure. In this case, “Herr Lutz” will refund the full ticket price, including any shipping costs, by credit via the payment method originally used by the customer.
In the event that the event takes place as scheduled, the customer has no right to a refund, even if they are unable to attend. The customer may transfer or resell the purchased ticket to a third adult person after prior agreement with “Herr Lutz.”
Once a previously purchased voucher is redeemed for a valid ticket, the ticket becomes invalid without replacement in the event of the customer’s non-attendance.
The above provisions expressly apply to all customers and clients, whether private individuals (B2C) or businesses (B2B).

Final Provisions
If any individual provision or several provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the Terms and Conditions or the contract as a whole.
