There couldn’t have been a better setting for the first HERR LUTZ Cocktail Workshop of the year. Under the warm Spanish sky, with a gentle Mediterranean breeze and the relaxed vibes of Co-Living Costa Blanca, our group of cocktail enthusiasts came together to celebrate spirits and creativity in style.

This wasn’t just about mixing drinks — it was about learning the why and how behind great cocktails. Guests explored the role of different spirits in cocktail culture, got familiar with premium ingredients, and received insider tips on bar tools and mixing techniques. From shaker to jigger, from muddling herbs to layering liqueurs, everyone gained hands-on knowledge in the most enjoyable way.
Hands-On Mixing, High-End Results
Each participant became the bartender of their own experience. Guided by me, Michael Lutz, every guest mixed their own drinks — with a focus on quality, balance, and presentation. We kept it classy yet playful, and every cocktail crafted was a true expression of each guest’s taste.
Laughter, clinking glasses, and the buzz of excitement filled the bar area as guests sampled their creations and shared tips. It was an afternoon of education, inspiration, and indulgence.
